Mix Design For M25 Concrete As Per IS 10262:2019 - Daily Civil
This article describes the mix design procedure for M25 concrete in accordance with IS 10262:2019. The article has been divided into three parts- data collection, parameters setting, and calculations. Each step contains a reference to the corresponding codes and calculations are done accordingly.
Mix proportioning is generally carried out for a particular compressive strength requirements ensuring that fresh concrete of the mix proportioned to possess adequate workability for placement without segregation a~d bleeding while attaining a dense state.
Concrete Mix Design Calculation for M20, M25, M30 Concrete …
Concrete mix design is the process of finding right proportions of cement, sand and aggregates for concrete to achieve target strength in structures. So, concrete mix design can be stated as Concrete Mix = Cement:Sand:Aggregates. The concrete mix design involves various steps, calculations and laboratory testing to find right mix proportions.
Mix proportioning procedure for high strength concrete for M 65 or above (up to target strength of M 100) has been included. The target mean strength for mix proportioning formula has been refined to include a new factor based on the grade of concrete.
Concrete Mix Design As Per IS Code - 10262 : 2019 Approximate values for this aggregate volume are given in Table 5 for a water-cement/watercementitious materials ratio of 0.5, which may be suitably adjusted for other ratios, the proportion of volume of coarse aggregates to that of total aggregates is increased at the rate of 0.01

Concrete Mix Design M25.pdf - Free download as PDF File (.pdf), Text File (.txt) or read online for free. The document outlines the steps to design a concrete mix for M25 grade concrete. It begins by outlining the data required, including a target compressive strength of 25 MPa.
From the above u-ial mix (Ref Table-I) and from 7 & 28 days test results, it is noted that tnal Mix-B mth cement content of 400 kg/ and water cement rat10 of 0.43 fulfills all the requirements and also appears to be most econonucal . The necessary changes are to be made as per the site condition of aggregate . Final report will be made aner 28 days
