But are you looking to license a UHF repeater within the 70 cm amateur radio band (420-450MHz), or on another part of the UHF spectrum? Your license -only- covers the amateur radio bands, and no where else.
Getting Licensed For UHF Itinerant Frequencies

I am thinking 464.5000 and 462.5500, but it seems like there are others. My wife and I would likely use these while out ATVing/UTVing.
