Key points of a low forehand serve are:-
- Hold the racket with a basic grip
- Start with heel of non-racket leg in contact with the floor
- Weight taken on racket leg
- Wrist cocked backwards (racket pointing away from net)
- Release shuttle as you transfer weight from racket leg to non-racket leg (heel to toe movement)
- Push through shuttle without un cocking wrist
