Statewide Standard files: TxDOT Divisions maintain Statewide electronic master files. The responsible Division is identified in the plan title block, and good quality printed versions of the file may be used statewide in plan sets without being signed and sealed by a licensed engineer.

New and revised culvert and drainage standard drawings, with issue date of February 2020, are posted on the TxDOT web site and available for immediate use. In general, updates to these standards include updating reinforcement lap lengths; adhesive anchor notes; updating bolt callout to the current ASTM; and editorial revisions.
