To cancel your membership in person, go to a 24- Hour Fitness club and speak to the representative. To cancel by phone, dial 1 888-243-5002 and follow the prompts to speak to an agent. Be sure to have your membership card and your personal information handy when you cancel.

Calling or emailing Workout 24/7 alone does not cancel your membership, the return of the access key card is what cancels your membership. A cancellation notice marked at least 1 business day before your next billing date should result in no further Dues billing.

If you have a monthly paid membership you can cancel it by logging in to your membership page (My Pages/Omat Sivut) through this link. The cancellation period is 2 months from the date you cancel your subscription. Full year memberships end by themselves when the prepaid period ends.
