  1. William X (born 1099, Toulouse, Fr.—died April 9, 1137, Santiago de Compostela, Spain) was the duke of Aquitaine and of Gascony (1127–37), son of William IX. In 1131 he recognized the antipope Anaclet and supported him until 1134. In 1136 he ravaged Normandy.
