Open a new document in Word. Click Layout and choose the poster's size. Add graphical elements, like headings, text, and images, for the poster. Save your poster on your computer or on a flash drive. Print it on A4 paper at home or go to a local printing shop, like a FedEx Office location, to get a physical copy of your poster.

Use a free program like Adobe Acrobat Reader or the Rasterbator, upload your image, and then select the poster option. The software will create tiled images for you, which you can then print out, cut, and tape or glue together.
