Open the app. Tap the receipt icon on the bottom menu bar. Tap “Upcoming” to select your current order. Tap “Track” to view the status. Look for the description to understand its status. Once a delivery person is selected, a map appears showing their location. Track your delivery person’s progress as they make their way to you.

Follow this link to check the status of your order, and contact your Dasher if you have any questions in your account. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order - just make sure you’ve opted into notifications.

To check if your order was received, is in progress, or is on the way, go to My Purchases in your Google Account. Find your order on Google To find your current order or any past orders, go to My Purchases in your Google Account.
