Open Facebook.com and login with your account. Your News Feed will open. Click the search bar – highlighted in the image below. Then type the name of the person you want to find on Facebook. When you type the person’s name into the search bar, Facebook search will display a list of people with the name you typed.

Open Facebook and go to your profile page. Select Friends from the menu. Type the name of your friend into the Search box. You’ll see all of the matching profiles appear on the list below. Hover the cursor over the friend’s name to see the options to contact them or view their profile.

Open the Facebook app on your device. Tap on the magnifying glass icon at the top right corner of the screen. Enter the person’s name you want to find. Select See results for [their name]. Choose People at the top bar to narrow down the search scope.
