When you purchase a new or Certified Refurbished Device (which, for clarity, excludes Devices sold as “Used” & Used Devices sold as Warehouse Deals), we warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original retail purchase.

- Lifetime Device Warranty - We will replace your broken devices for life. Keep in mind that extended warranty only covers devices that opt into the Ring Protect Plus plan before your one-year limited warranty ends. It is also required that you do not cancel coverage at any time to maintain this warranty.

The Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan is specific to your individual device and only covers its useful lifetime. If you replace your device under a warranty claim, your plan will transfer over to the replacement device for its useful lifetime. There is no monthly or annual recurring subscription payment.
