If you get an email about unusual activity on your Microsoft account, or if you’re worried that someone else might have used your account, go to the Recent activity page. You’ll see when your Microsoft account was signed in during the last 30 days, along with any device or app-specific info.

View your recent sign-in activity Sign in to your My Account page with your work or school account. Select My sign-ins or select the Review recent activity link from the My sign-ins block. Expand and review each of the sign-in items, making sure that you recognize each one.

Click "Account Settings". Click "Recent Activity" on the left menu. There will be your recent login attempts, both successful and unsuccessful, along with IP addresses, the operating system used, browser used, country of origin, and a map of the general area of the login source.
