Jan 23, 2025 · The problem was because i used free trial of copilot pro, then canceled copilot pro, because copilot was involved in office365 family subscription. Somehow, on my account, copilot in outlook was “blocked” as it obviously had “info” i cancelled copilot pro. So, basically, they made some changes at their end, now i can use it as intended.
