How to share your Outlook calendar with others

• Select Calendar > Share Calendar.
• Choose the calendar you’d like to share.
• Press Add and choose a recipient.
• Select Ok and add recipients with default permission access.

To share an Outlook Calendar with specific people, please follow these steps:

• Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view.
• Right-click on the calendar that you want to share and select Sharing and Permissions.
