Select Start, then select Settings > Privacy & security > Activity history. Next to Clear activity history for this account, select Clear history.

Open up the Charms Bar and hit PC Settings. Click on the Search tab and you should see Search History at the very top. There is an option to Delete History. Click it, and the Search history will be cleared.

Clear your PC’s Activity History is quite easy. Here’s what to do. Go to “Activity History” like we showed you above. Scroll down to “Clear Activity History” and click on the “Clear” button below. This will clear all the activity history on your PC for the account you’re currently using.
