It plays like regular UNO matching color and number, but if a Dare Card is played, the player must decide if they are willing to risk doing the dare versus the penalty of drawing cards. There are four levels of dares: mild, medium, spicy, and fuego! A chance roll of the die determines which dare players must perform.

When a player only has one card left in their hand, they must call out UNO. If another player catches them not saying UNO before the next player starts their turn, the player must draw two cards. When a player plays the last card from their hand, the current round will end.
