Each player gets dealt a hand of 7 cards to start. To play, you’ll match one of your cards with the card that's been dealt from the draw pile. The first player to get rid of all of their cards wins the round. Then all players tally up their scores. The game continues until one person scores 500 points.

In Uno, the player to the dealer’s left starts the game, and the play moves clockwise. Players examine their cards and try to match the top card of the discard. Cards match by color, number, or action. For example, if the top card of the discard is a blue 5, a player can play any blue card or any color card with a 5.

Uno can be played with just two players or a maximum of 10. Each deck comes with 112 cards, but three of these are blank, customisable cards - you can write whatever rules you want on these. After deciding on the rules for the customisable cards, shuffle the pack and deal seven cards to each player.
