The Rocket 3′s 2,458cc three-cylinder behemoth of an engine produces a claimed 165 hp at 6,000 rpm, but the real eye-opener is the claimed torque figure: 163 lb.-ft. at 4,000 rpm.

If you thought the Rocket 3 produced enough power, you were wrong. Both the R and GT variants gain 15 horsepower, with Triumph claiming its longitudinal triple now delivers 180 horsepower at 7,000 rpm. The listed peak torque also rises by three foot-pounds, which arrives at 4,000 rpm and totals 166 foot-pounds.
