All U.S. returns need to use the Prepaid UPS Return Label that came with the order package. Attach the Prepaid UPS domestic return label to the shipping package, but keep the bottom part of the label that has the tracking number printed on it as a receipt.

If you exchange an item online, Fill out the exchange form that came with your order and send it together with your package. You can get your prepaid postage label by starting your return online and selecting “ Ship by UPS ” from the drop-down menu. Print your shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a UPS location near you.

You can return your new and unused item (s) by mail using a pre-paid shipping label or by shipping via insured, traceable means (such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx) to the following address: CSI Canada Returns 26 Monogram Place, Etobicoke, ON M9R 4C9 When using our pre-paid label, $7 will be deducted from your refund.
