Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund - £800m Applications for Wave 2.1 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund opened in September 2022 and closed in November 2022. Successful applications are expected to be announced in March 2023, with up to £800m available to support energy performance measures in social homes in England.

To date, £60m has been awarded to 19 demonstrator projects, while social housing landlords were last month invited to apply for a share of £160m of funding available under the first wave of the scheme covering the period to 31 January 2023.
