If you are in southern Delaware, your best bet for ice skating would be to hop over the border and go to Carousel Ice Rink. This rink is actually inside of a hotel. It offers public skating to hotel guests and non-guests as well as live ice shows featuring the Next Ice Age skaters and a stunning light display.

Enjoy seasonal skating by visiting the Fred Rust Ice Arena in Newark, courtesy of the University of Delaware. The arena offers an exciting twist on skating with colorful laser beams, black lights and image projections. Public skating is available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 1-3 p.m. Masks must be always worn while in the arena.
