  1. To clear history on this device, you can12345:
    • Open Settings and click on the Search icon. Turn off Search history on this device and click on Clear device search history.
    • Open Chrome and click on More. Click on History and check the box next to each item that you want to remove. Click on Delete and confirm by clicking Remove.
    • Open Start and select Settings > Privacy & security > Activity history. Select Clear history next to Clear activity history for this account.
    • Open File Explorer and click on View. Click on Options and then the General tab. Click on Clear and then hide your future search history. Click on OK.
    • Open Chrome and click on More. Click on More tools > Clear browsing data. Choose a time range and the types of data you want to delete. Click on Clear data.
