To show the history button in the Microsoft Edge toolbar, open the history page using the Ctrl+H shortcut key. You will see the history list with the clock face, next to the address bar. Now click on the three dots (More option) and select the “ Show history button in toolbar ” option as shown in the above picture.

Open the Microsoft Edge settings by pressing the ALT + F, S keyboard shortcut. Now navigate to the Appearance page. Turn ON the toggle that says " Show history button " to show the history button on the Microsoft Edge toolbar.

To view your browsing history: Click the menu button to open the menu panel. Click History and then click the Manage history bar at the bottom to open the Library window. The Library window that opens when you click the Manage History bar will show your browsing history.

To view and manage browser history in Microsoft Edge in Windows 11, click the “Settings and more” button at the right end of the toolbar at the top of the Microsoft Edge window. Then select the “History” command in the drop-down menu to show the History pane below the address bar.
