On the panel that's on top of your Microsoft Teams tab, you'll find three dots next to the "Raise your hand/Reactions" option. Click the dots. It will open a dropdown menu. 3 Click on "Apply background effects". This will open a sub-page at the side of your meeting tab. 4 Click the background that you'd like to use.

To set a default background while in a Microsoft Teams meeting: Click on “ More ” or the three dots at the top. (1) Then select “ Background effects ” from the dropdown menu. (2) Following that, there will be the regular blur background choice. Then you’ll see a list of other backdrops.

Windows and macOS Microsoft Teams users can both set a custom background on video calls. On Windows PCs: Press WIN+R to open the run box Enter %AppData%Microsoft[&Teams&][&Backgrounds&]Uploads Click OK Paste the image (s) from your source location into this folder In a Teams video call, click the ellipses button and select Show background effects

Open the pre-meeting settings > turn on the camera > click Background filters > click Add new > locate the image > select it > click Open > start the meeting. As we explained earlier, downloading a custom background for Microsoft Teams will help curate and personalize the experience.
