Launch Chrome, select the three dots in the top-right corner, and choose "Settings." In "Settings," on the left sidebar, click "Search Engine." Then, on the right pane, choose "Manage Search Engines and Site Search." Scroll down to the "Search Engines" section. Here, next to a non-Bing search engine, click the three dots and choose "Make Default."

To do that, set another search engine as the default, return to the Search Engine page in Chrome's settings, and click Manage Search Engines and Site Search this time. In the Search Engines section, click the three-dot icon next to Microsoft Bing and select Delete in the menu. Click Delete in the pop-up to confirm your decision.

To remove the automatic Bing search on Chrome, click the three vertical dots at the top right corner and click Settings. Click Search settings in the left-hand menu. Change the option to Google in the Search engine used in the address bar section.
