Is rat & parrot a good place to party?
It was totally awesome, the vibe was excellent, very diverse and altogether I was reminded how music and dance could bring people together. The drinks aren't expensive, the place is safe to party in, with bouncers allocated around the bar space, plus the service from bar staff is far beyond average! Thank You Rat and Parrot! I loved this place!
