Four cities have been chosen by the IOC to host upcoming Olympic Games: Paris for the 2024 Summer Olympics, Milan – Cortina d'Ampezzo for the 2026 Winter Olympics, Los Angeles for the 2028 Summer Olympics, and Brisbane for the 2032 Summer Olympics.

Here is a list of all the host cities of the Summer Olympic Games since the first modern Olympics in Athens 1896. The current Olympic Games host city is Tokyo in 2021. The following Olympic Games will be in Paris in 2024, and Los Angeles in 2028. See also the discussion about the host cities.

As of 2022, Paris, Los Angeles, Athens and Tokyo have each hosted twice; Paris will host for the third time in 2024, followed by Los Angeles which will host the Games in 2028.
