Open the ThinQ app and select the product which you want to store the downloaded cycle (s). Under the product, select [Download the cycles]. Select the desired cycle, then select [Download Cycle] option. Once the download process is completed, you can find the downloaded cycle for use in the ThinQ app or the product itself.

Here is how to download a cycle on your LG washer: Open the ThinQ app on your phone. Select the appliance on the home screen where you want the download cycle. Tap the “More” button on the top right. Select the “Download Cycle” option. Choose your preferred cycle from the list. Tap “Download” at the buttom of your phone’s screen.
