We must lead by example in our actions and words. “Let no one despise your youth; but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” – 1 Timothy 4:12

In 1 Timothy 4:12, Paul exhorts Timothy, a young leader in the church, saying, "Let no one despise your youth, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity" .
