You do not need a Zoom account to join meetings as a participant. If someone invites you to their meeting, you can join without creating or signing in to an account.

You don’t need an account to join a Zoom meeting. But you do need the meeting ID or the invite URL. When the host starts the session, you can join, unless there is an option set to allow you to join before the host arrives. Or you can sign up for a Zoom account that includes your contact information.

To join a meeting as a guest without signing in, click the ‘Join a Meeting’ button in the app. Then, enter the ‘meeting ID’ and your name in the respective fields on the window, and then click the ‘Join’ button. When prompted to enter meeting password, use the password you received in the invitation mail and click the ‘Join Meeting’ button.

Open the Zoom Cloud Meetings app on your Windows PC or Mac. Then, click or tap on " Join a Meeting" if you want to join without using a Zoom account, or push the Sign In button if you want to sign in to your Zoom account first.
