Legendary rock star and singer-songwriter Rod Stewart, 78, is living life to the fullest as a cancer survivor. He was recently pictured in Spain with 14 members of his family, including his third wife Penny Lancaster, 52, and seven of his eight children.

Rod is alive and kicking and is currently 79 years old.

Sir Rod Stewart has once again taken up the mic after a viral infection forced him to cancel a concert earlier this month. The Maggie Mae singer, 78, is currently on his world tour, but plans were scuppered when he fell ill and cancelled a gig in Geelong, Australia last-minute.
