The fact that they are on your computer means that Windows 10 and/or your 3rd party applications require them. When you install a program that requires a specific version of Microsoft Visual C++, it will automatically install it first before installing the program.

MY advice is to leave them alone. Simply having them on your PC won't cause a problem. They really aren't programs as such but more libraries of code that may be used by a number of different programs.

Do not uninstall any of these different versions of Visual C++. When a developer creates a software program, they use the files from the current or even an older version of the Visual C++ runtime files. Those versions are installed by the software program and must be present on the computer for that software program to work properly.
