Based on recent events in My Hero Academia, it's very clear that Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, is far above his contemporaries. Class 1-A has long been carried by three young prospects — Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki.

Deku is currently far beyond Prime All Might, but still weaker than Tomura. Tomura Shigaraki starts off as a minor antagonist, but his true powers are revealed much later in the manga. He is given a chance to wield All For One's personal Quirk and has recently mastered his newfound ability.
