It takes three easy steps to change your meeting background. On your mobile device, select Background effects. On a desktop select Background filters. Select Blur to blur your background, choose an image provided by Teams, or upload your own photo. On desktop, your new background is set.

To change your background to one of the built-in images, click the three-dot menu icon while on a Microsoft Teams video call and choose "Show Background Effects" to open the "Background Settings" panel. Click on an image and then select the "Apply" button. That's all there is to it.
