Steve Sarkisian and his wife, Loreal, are filing for divorce. The couple shared the news in a joint announcement on Instagram Friday night. The Sarkisians were married in 2020 while Steve was the offensive coordinator at Alabama. After he took the Texas head coach job, they moved to Austin, and Loreal has been one of his most vocal supporters.

Steve Sarkisian and Loreal announced that they were filing for a joint divorce in July, citing the reason for work commitment. No new updates or developments have come out yet, and the status of their divorce remains unknown, but the couple has been supportive of each other. The Texas Longhorns play the Florida Gators after a bye week.

Steve Sarkisian has three children with his first ex-wife Stephanie with whom he filed for divorce in April 2015. He has two daughters namely Ashley Sarkisian, and Taylor Sarkisian, and a son Brady Sarkisian. His son Brady is a student at the University of Texas and also is a player on the Texas Longhorns football team.

After a failed career in the Canadian Football League with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Steve Sarkisian turned to coaching, taking jobs at Washington, El Camino College and with the Oakland Raiders, before landing the head coaching position at USC. But he was about to have his personal life put on blast. Sarkisian hit rock bottom in 2015.
