Mar 3, 2015 · It would help if I knew a bit about the context of the change and the shipment, but perhaps, "implemented with the next shipment," which is like saying "given the next shipment, the change will be implemented." Does that sound like it fits with what you're referring to? It's just hard to tell without more context.
