Press Win +. to launch the emoji keyboard. Alternatively, you can use the Win + ; key combination. The most recently used section will open up by default. Click on the > icon next to the Emoji label, to open the emoji section.

Put it simply, hold down the Windows or Start key and press the “.” (period) key on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can also use the “ Windows key + ; ” keyboard shortcut too. As soon as you press the keyboard shortcut, the emoji keyboard will open.
