When using quotation marks in paragraphs, follow these rules:
    1. For multiple paragraphs of a single quotation, use a quotation mark at the start of each paragraph, but only use a closing quotation mark at the end of the final paragraph.
    2. If one person's speech goes on for more than one paragraph, use quotation marks to open the dialogue at the beginning of each paragraph, but only use closing quotation marks at the end of the final paragraph where that character is speaking.
    3. Always use quotation marks in pairs for direct quotations, and capitalize the first letter of a complete sentence within the quote.
