Green Bay has 13 championships, more than any other NFL franchise. Prior to the Super Bowl era, the Packers won titles in 1929, 1930 and 1931 by virtue of their regular-season finish and in 1936, 1939, 1944, 1961, 1962 and 1965 by virtue of the NFL playoff system.

They are members of the Northern Division of the National Football Conference (NFC) and play their home games at Lambeau Field in central Wisconsin. [ 2 ][ 3 ] Since entering the NFL, the Packers have won 13 championships (the most in NFL history), including nine NFL Championships prior to 1966 and four Super Bowls, which is inclusive of two additional NFL Championships won during the AFL–NFL merger, since then.
