To change the default search engine: Launch Chrome. Click the three-dot menu on the top right. Click Settings. Select Search Engine. Select the engine of your choice from the list of search engines in the drop-down menu. If the browser search engine keeps resetting back to Bing despite that, you'll need to remove the adware or malware responsible.

Launch Chrome browser and then go to Settings > Search Engine > Search engine used in the address bar – and change it from Bing to Google. In case, you’re unable to change it because the option is greyed out, then head over to next method.

If Google redirects to Bing every time you enter a search query, it usually means your computer has been compromised. In most cases, you may be dealing with a browser hijacker which has found its way in your computer through a browser extension or a potentially unwanted application (PUA).
