When placing the star gods Shou should always be to the right facing you (their left), Lu is in the middle and Fu is to the left. These three lucky Chinese gods are powerful symbols of good fortune in every sense. Fu Lu Shou are used to attract happiness, prosperity and longevity.

Traditionally, they are arranged right to left (so Shou is on the left of the viewer, Lu in the middle, and Fu on the far right), just as Chinese characters are traditionally written from right to left.

Fu Lu Shou should be placed side by side in one row - Fu is on your left side, Lu is in the center and Shou is on your right side when you look at them. They can be displayed on the table in your living room or dining area facing inside (not directly facing the main door if facing outside). The level of table can't be too low.
