    I have always owned ink jet printers and they do the trick every time. If you have a laser jet printer and plan to use card stock for your birthday decorations, make sure your printer can handle the thicker paper. I have never had an issue with any of my ink jet printers and card stock.

    You’ll need a paper cutter, hole punch, ribbon or twine and washi tape(optional). When I string my banners together I always make sure to have the long length of string along the back of each pennant.
