Select the box or branch that you want to copy. Go to Home tab and click the Copy button (or press Ctrl + C). Select a box, or click anywhere on the blank area and click the Paste button (or press Ctrl + V).

Press "Ctrl-A" to copy the file's entire contents, including all individual objects. 3. Switch to PowerPoint. Press "Ctrl-N" to create a new presentation, or open the presentation and specific slide to which you want to add the chart. 4. Press "Ctrl-V" to paste the copied objects to the slide.

Navigate to the worksheet you want to pull your data from and select and highlight the range you want to organize in your chart. Right-click and select "Copy," and paste the data into the SmartArt text box for each shape you have. Arrange the data values in the corresponding chart shapes according to the hierarchy of your list.

When the shape looks the way you want for your chart, right-click the shape, and then click Copy. Right-click where you want to place a copy of the object, and then click Paste. Repeat step 5 and until you have all the shapes you want for your chart.
