The shuttle service is not available for Mainstage Theater shows. Artpark has a deck located just inside the ticket gates at our Portage Road entrance for Amphitheater events and accessible seating located in select areas of the Mainstage Theater. Artpark's Outdoor Amphitheater opens to the public at 5pm on event nights, unless otherwise noted.

Artpark's Mainstage Theater comfortably provides indoor seating for up to 2,400 people and houses one of the largest stages in New York State. In addition, the theater's rear gates open to allow 2,000 people to view the stage from the lawn area.

Artpark's Outdoor Amphitheater rests atop the Niagara River Gorge, which provides a magnificent backdrop for special occasions. The three-tiered gated Outdoor Amphitheater accommodates up to 10,000 patrons, hosts a stage with fully equipped sound system and provides concessions and restroom facilities.

Artpark's Portage Road Lots (Upper Lots) and South 4th Street Lots (Lower Lots) both feature designated parking spaces for disabled patrons. Although there are designated accessible parking spaces in both the Upper and Lower Lots, it is recommended that disabled Amphitheater patrons use the Portage Road entrance.
