  1. To perform a squat curl press, follow these steps:
    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Bend your knees and press your hips back to squat down.
    3. As you rise back up, rotate your wrists to a supinated grip and curl the dumbbells toward your shoulders.
    4. Immediately press the weights overhead.
    5. Slowly lower the weights and repeat the sequence1234.
