Today, when I run Disk Cleanup on C: (SSD), the cleaning is done in a few seconds and on K: (HDD) almost 4min. It seems to me abnormal.

Recycle bin shows whatever mb on first run, then shows 0mb on subsequent run but files are still there. Other lines ie thumbnails, temp files sometimes do not clear. Jun 25, 2017 · Hi Brink, I ran Disk cleanup, it found about 3 GB of Windows updates backup files. I checked the option to delete those files. After about 15 minutes the process ended and Disk cleanup closed. There was no message of any kind. I rebooted the laptop and after reboot I have the same 812GB of available space as I had before running Disk cleanup.
