  1. Here are some steps to perform a resistance band bicep workout123:
    • Stand in the middle of the band or sit on a chair or exercise ball with the band under your feet.
    • Grab the handles with an underhand grip or hammer fist grip.
    • Keep your chest up and gaze forward.
    • Slowly pull the band towards your shoulders, keeping your upper arm in place and moving only your forearms.
    • Once you reach the top of the movement, pause, and slowly lower the band to the starting position. Do not lock out your elbows.
