Go to the Insert tab and select  ​​​​​​​SmartArt.

Select  Hierarchy.

Choose an organizational chart from the gallery and select OK. 

Select an item , and use the SmartArt Design tab to to edit the text or customize the layout. Use the Format tab to change text and box colors.
