May 15, 2020 · No errors, nothing, the software is simply gone. Googling on this, most people focus on missing icons. This is not that. The software is gone completely, nothing in Apps, except the generic Office Click to Run icon that's usually found on Win 10 machines whether Office was actually installed or not. Malware is not suspected on this one.

To remove the Copilot icon from the ribbon in Word, you can follow these steps: Open Word and go to the File menu. Select Options. In the Word Options dialog box, go to the Customize Ribbon section. In the right pane, find the Copilot icon and uncheck it to remove it from the ribbon. Click OK to save your changes.

Apr 10, 2019 · Can you check with your admin that Office Online is enabled on your Business Premium licence? I know it shows within the My Account section but that would be the first place to check.
