Nov 21, 2023 · So I've been a member of mypoints for about 2 months now and really enjoyed their site until recently. Today in particular I encountered a problem; every time I've tried taking surveys within the past hour I've been sent to P rsrvy to take a preliminary survey, and it's happened over 20 times in a row.

Dec 18, 1999 · I just got off the phone with MyPoints because my account has been listed as "disabled". Apparently, something happened this weekend to a number of accounts and has caused this problem. I was trying to redeem some MyPoints points for a reward and have run into all sorts of problems. They said that this 'glitch' should be fixed in the next few days.

May 2, 2022 · So for sometime I have been complaining about mypoints and doing the whole survey and then getting a message that is As-You-Know-You-Will-Get-Your-Incentive-Later and so on. And NOW, I am getting a little box pop up stating that the points will not instantly added to my account, but I guess it is at least 4-6 weeks later.

Nov 3, 2005 · S.P.A.M. - mypoints emails have STOPPED coming in altogether - I've been dutifully collecting my points and shipping them off to Hilton. About a month ago emails stopped coming in. I've emailed mypoints twice to ask why but have yet to get a single response.

Nov 9, 2020 · mypoints used to give 5 points for being dq'ed from a survey, up to 25 points a day. This past month I noticed that I'm getting nothing for being dq'ed. There's been no notice of the site changing their policy.

Aug 15, 2019 · Yeah, MyPoints is becoming a waste of time. Both the cheapskate emails that give you no points, and the repeat emails that give you no points, are highly annoying. I have started avoiding companies that do either of those things, both online, and where applicable in brick and mortar stores. I have said Bye-bye to Best Buy for that reason.

Jun 29, 2024 · Anyone else here that does the surveys at mypoints see the new warning screen regarding answer quality? Just had it several times on surveys that were DQs from the start - no questions asked , so no answers. Do we now have to answer how they want?
