At full moon, special night tours travel into the valley. Gouldings, across Highway 163, offers lodging and tours. Antelope Canyon. From Monument Valley we traveled west through the reservation to Antelope Canyon, near Page, in Arizona. Antelope Canyon has been on my list of things to see for years for it is a photographer's paradise.

The route could be driven in 2 days at a push, so breaking it down into smaller sections and spending some time from the car sight seeing should give you chance to get a good overview of the area.
